Community guidelines

v1.0 · 2026-07-09

The KetoNoir community is for adults who use keto as a metabolic protocol. These rules keep it useful and safe. Every post and comment is reviewed against them.

  1. KN-1Respect the room

No harassment, insults, mocking, or shaming of any kind, including body-shaming and food-shaming. Disagree with ideas, never with people. Repeated hostility ends membership.

  2. KN-2Share experience, not prescriptions

Your own story is welcome, including numbers your doctor gave you. What is not allowed: telling others to stop or change medication, promising that a protocol treats or cures a condition, giving dosing instructions, or presenting personal results as medical guidance. Nothing here is medical advice.

  3. KN-3No selling, no recruiting

No MLM recruitment, referral codes, affiliate links, supplement selling, coaching solicitation, or moving members to direct messages to sell anything. This is the most common spam in keto spaces and it is removed on sight.

  4. KN-4Progress photos, with care

Before and after photos are allowed when they are your own, you are an adult, and the image is not sexualized. Never post someone else's photos. Never comment on another member's body beyond encouragement they asked for.

  5. KN-5Safety first

Do not promote extreme restriction: prolonged fasting competitions, calorie targets below safe floors, tips for suppressing hunger, or pushing others to eat less. If a conversation worries you, use the report tool. Support resources: call or text 988 in the US.

  6. KN-6Adults only

This community is for people 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

  7. KN-7Privacy and consent

Never share another person's private information or images without their consent. Intimate images shared without consent are removed on an urgent basis and reported where the law requires. Use the report tool and mark the reason so moderators act immediately.

  8. KN-8Keep it on topic

Keto, metabolic health, food, and the life around them. No politics, no religion debates, no off-topic link dumps, no repeated identical posts.

Posts here reflect individual experiences and are not medical advice. Talk with your physician before changing your diet, especially if you take medication or manage a health condition.
